LIMEPORT, Pa. (October 2018) New Vitae Wellness and Recovery is pleased to announce the promotion of Kathi Eichman to the position of Vice President, Quality, Safety, and Compliance.

Eichman has held a number of positions at New Vitae, including the Director of the Quakertown-based Recovery Center. She had most recently been serving as the Director of Quality and Compliance, focusing her efforts on the clinical services offered by the recovery center, Philadelphia residential treatment centers, and the Action Recovery Brain Injury program. Eichman’s role now will expand to provide this same oversight and accountability for all the organization’s residential sites.

“Kathi has the knowledge and the dedication required to manage our credentialing, accreditation, licensing, and compliance efforts,” said New Vitae President and CEO Judith Yanacek. “We are so fortunate to be able to benefit from Kathi’s expertise and we look forward to her continuing efforts to ensure safe, high-quality residential behavioral healthcare.”

Eichman’s work has resulted in CARF accreditation for New Vitae Wellness and Recovery’s Brain Injury services. While the organization has served individuals with brain injury for many years, Eichman has played a primary role in development and accreditation of a wider variety of service options.

“Kathi has guided the delivery of excellent behavioral health and brain injury services for several years,” Yanacek stated. “She deserves to be recognized for her persistence and tenacity within her role. Kathi works tirelessly to support our organization and consistently goes above and beyond to support positive outcomes for our clients and staff.  We are honored to announce her promotion to Vice President of Quality, Safety, and Compliance.”
