New Vitae Wellness and Recovery is pleased to announce that Chief Financial Officer David Muth has been selected as a finalist in the 2015 Lehigh Valley Business CFO of the Year awards program.
The CFO of the Year awards program honors the Greater Lehigh Valley’s financial executives of all levels for the critical roles they play in helping their companies succeed and, in turn, supporting the region’s economic growth and stability.
“It’s an honor to be chosen by Lehigh Valley Business as a finalist in the CFO of the Year awards,” said Muth. “And I’m proud to be part of a dedicated team of professionals who contribute to the wellness of not only Lehigh County, but surrounding areas as well.”
Finalists were selected in six categories:
• private company with revenues up to $25 million,
• private company with revenues of more than $25 million,
• nonprofit small – up to 74 employees,
• nonprofit large – more than 75 employees,
• best growth manager, and
• best turn-around specialist.
Muth was selected as a finalist in the category of private company with revenues up to $25 million. Winners in each category will be announced during an awards breakfast on Sept. 16, 2015 at DeSales University in Center Valley, and all honorees will be profiled in the CFO of the Year award supplement inserted in Lehigh Valley Business newspaper on September 21, 2015.
After having worked for nearly 20 years in a nonprofit continued care environment, Muth joined New Vitae Wellness and Recovery in 2000 as financial services manager. In 2015, he was promoted to CFO with the responsibility of overseeing all of New Vitae’s financial operations.
