The Employee of the Year Award is given to all programs. This year’s recipients are as follows:

Kaitlyn Helsel– Quakertown House
Laszlo Varga– Recovery Center
Carl Coleman– Philadelphia Residental Treatment Facility for Adults
Kelly Hummer– Mount Trexler Manor
Jilmarie Ramos– Pathways Apartment Program
Two additional awards were given that are especially meaningful to our employees. The first, the Iris Award, named for the flower symbolizing mental health, was presented to Tantrell Hunt. She is an Administrator for Action Recovery and was chosen as the recipient of this award for her dedication to the individuals in her community Tantrell truly represents the meaning of the Iris Award of dedication and compassion in serving the needs of our residents. The Pride Award, presented to Tracy Semmel, celebrates innovation and ownership of one’s work. Tracy is certified in administering Transcranial Magnetic Simulation Therapy dTMS and has been with the company for 15 years.
As we reflect on our 2022 memories, staff appreciation days, finding elves, having singing contests on trolleys,and new building dedications. In 2023 New Vitae Wellness and Recovery will be celebrating our 40th year of providing services to individuals in our care and their families.
