New Vitae Wellness Foundation invites you to attend our upcoming complimentary training entitled, “Brain Injury: Effects and Interventions.” Neuropsychologist Frances Musto, PsyD, will offer a review of brain injury research and suggest best practices regarding treatment. Additionally, featured guest speaker Briana Scurry, a World Cup Champion and two-time Olympic Gold Medalist in Women’s Soccer, will discuss her experiences with brain injury and ways to advocate for individuals and families effected by concussions.
The presentation will be hosted at the Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest Auditorium (1200 S. Cedar Crest Boulevard, Allentown, PA). The event will begin at 8am, with an hour’s time to register and network with colleagues; the presentation begins at 9 and will end at 11am that morning.
Two continuing education credits through NASW-PA are available for Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Licensed Professional Counselors; this training is also approved for 2 hours by the PCB. Please consider joining us for this amazing event!
